It is part of Zanellato's idea of reinterpreting Italian industrial design.
It is inspired by the historic family doctors' exchange, an object that entire generations have learned to recognize with a mixture of reverence and magic.
Dotta® is also a tribute to the first woman doctor to graduate in Italy: Ernestina Paper
